Both websites flip out different types of content for which you could use that AI platform.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/tV_nIvqVKYAzzUTMjoA8wGce7m7uY5yPex1iWuyZJpRq3NaMkFv2bLM4h7XQdchZuatnmXHQP5jiLz-6t5NlKtHAihqs06UoPkobwD2PgO83OcYctVnSp95SsYf6b9rRSdTuhyUdi-diIDO71bZalJg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>First, click the orange circular button in the center of the screen called \u201cStart Ryting.\u201d Log in to create a free account.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you\u2019re set-up, you\u2019ll land on a new page with a YouTube video claiming Rytr has use cases and AI enhancements for human-quality writing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After watching the video, we wondered how Rytr would differ from Jasper, <a href=\"https:\/\/anyword.com\/data-driven-basic\/?utm_source=google&amp;utm_medium=cpc&amp;utm_campaign=mf_search_brand&amp;utm_term=anyword&amp;utm_content=brand&amp;utm_term=anyword&amp;gclid=CjwKCAiAjPyfBhBMEiwAB2CCIsVosvcheGBG5dhdg4I7B1KnnrP68ErPsHDR4Uw917iF0cowYjXagBoCA70QAvD_BwE\">Anyword<\/a>, and <a href=\"https:\/\/openai.com\/blog\/chatgpt\">ChatGPT<\/a>. The blog posts we created using the other platforms were natural and human-like, but because Rytr specifically mentions this quality in the video, we are excited to see what it can produce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-2-generating-a-blog-post\">Step 2: Generating a blog post<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Time to write the blog! First, select your language on the left of the screen. We\u2019re gonna stick with English for our post.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/HGC-2tB1KRSovVxe0fBirl9zNhsX87zqkbn2M8eRHZuit4S6iWp-kh0HmJlAHKzhCXFtsN0aecY2HR_TaCKwgO14a5I0FiPIHsUvY8_tPw2yeKTsFpYvPGxdES2gi_fIlvT0kjq0-mVKM82mYD7B7q0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, select your tone through the drop-down menu. We found this drop-down menu to be limiting. We like how in some of the other platforms, like Jasper, we were able to type in whatever tone we wanted to match brand voice. We were also limited to just one choice through the drop-down menu. When we weren\u2019t limited, we typed in \u201cplayful\/fun\u201d for tone, which wasn\u2019t an option with Ryter, so we went with \u201cinformative.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/OzEWd2PbhpeABMkUCXHuEWT9tVxbWa9pRK5oWjoBBc-BPViGb7FbHBLz-MJpzivg1B0JxPk-ZXHIyCKZQBOqp5e76bim-TN_JVetqCNwV9zjJVLfvVremK1vdPyBbuXgi_kw9AR9y6qXPL34fQkbjmk\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The next step is choosing a use case. So far, we\u2019ve gotten the best results by starting with an outline\u2014and so, we\u2019re choosing &#8220;Blog idea and outline.&#8221; In our experience, when we ask AI to write a thorough outline, the outline itself ends up being a better blog post than when we ask AI to jump right into writing the blog.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then click the orange \u201cClick here\u201d button, which will take you to different integrations that enable keyword suggestions and SERP analysis. These are nice features, but we are not directly testing them today.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/xx0hh1_BjAzaHQsOtSDMqzBOWlQZnb09L5Ynl-KuBq9P12lP7PX_7h7ZVjSEcI4Pxdp5bVQSOcQiRz8-sfVgmZ_ZFXoTn1X1YA53T7VA1V2uG65YJNDcL49UDloi7A2xwP0SpjGEgSSHUcz0bEVbh94\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We will be choosing primary keywords though. If you need help finding keywords, take some time to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tryinteract.com\/blog\/how-to-find-seo-keywords-you-can-actually-rank-for\/\">research the best keywords<\/a> for your brand.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since Rytr asks for one primary keyword, we used our blog title: \u201cTop 3 Must-Have Items for Every Traveler.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh4.googleusercontent.com\/-5Q5SGJBOg5LrnxzVVse1YgDNh9xt7i-sIr6QqEUwU_A6HKAor3I71tN1DHJ2k3dwGWDabcbu3Mv9Bgx_4Y0Lh13b24Te33rc_IMfMUtzs7daEiBDYYlxhwdi6_B4TTziDnXpx6u9Y6SFdd31ZqYOsI\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also choose the number of variants or how many different versions of the text you want the AI to produce. We chose two variants so we can compare the blog posts. For the creativity level feature, we chose \u201cHigh.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, click \u201cRyte for me,\u201d and your blog outline will quickly appear.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-3-create-your-blog-paragraphs\">Step 3: Create your blog paragraphs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Immediately notable features of the blog:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The blog outline generates quickly.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li><li>Rather than just three essential product items, Rytr gives users three essential items or keywords per section. Other platforms only included three essential items for the entire blog.<\/li><li>This is the first time we\u2019ve seen an inflatable neck pillow as an essential item.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/31ESQKyhHUiyo2xydSi59677hm1kG9owfiBrAmXw1qudlNceTzZuvd67ExVWpvYfhlw0A1UF3ldR0AwyxhevBTpSTbSxGEDSQ8HI97XSbQSXpuWVyVxizwrz4QM84WXc5Tuyz2aXmHqVn6HrmTU9Ap0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Rytr also gives users a helpful tip:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/alfWuqzGBH20Brgohltbdnm1tRJC6ysARXTdgUIYdvXqhMCIUDcHz3dbeaF0iaPymSnyFrdhrXoYXZft8S6fxxEZuFMhrP1XLaYp3ACx0JY6h5utr0KEVub-mnR71drr0SwF7hsIH9sBj-mULEWdJNk\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The first outline item is \u201cLightweight and durable luggage,\u201d and we wanted Rytr\u2019s AI to expand on it by writing a paragraph. To do this, we highlighted the title of the section, along with the keywords, and clicked \u201cParagraph.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/ZMDvfY6O9lYJqkYPPaKDdUqA0BKNrt_dqnAoHSwbNt_0Zg3vPAO8ZF7P3PwrcrfCU4kCHXTqd4CTdQPk4dYNO1wSglDRI81dTvJn5lpyizOp4VRauBT5GekJeQ9YVn-0j3sM2Vslbvq-EdahqJrL5vo\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Rytr\u2019s AI then wrote a relevant paragraph in no time at all.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/rpXH9GECq_Ly9NfZul_N-XPajJ4BAHRffU-uj1dhpkIc0hk9xUFt6LuoK5LxljxYAmeoZXtvY7iIfcOK6_a0j7SnMd9BDRYzHwyRcOZKY-rcHu-Fd9xjXeoeTuPPORVC7NGVKPOp3UbV2DY132FqaDg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-4-lengthen-your-rytr-ai-blog\">Step 4: Lengthen your Rytr AI blog<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another one of Rytr\u2019s great features is that you can expand on one sentence by highlighting it and clicking \u201cParagraph.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/Q6fz24UDyu38vJ6qMEmoYrYNHEqNtrPLzJ17zmgXVImOJ7KkTCq1QwW_5r2BfoRTWPXnEWqQl8_4X1rjgePnv6TJGbDbuzizVXqN0eZWuzWBCYKVPrwrz9eLZNi_l9KAYxFC3dwyFPlrEKV5FxJ5mhg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>By doing this, Rytr will write a new paragraph about the sentence you selected and insert the paragraph in the middle of the first section. The formatting is incredibly intuitive, and Rytr does everything for you.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This feature will efficiently lengthen your blog so you end up with something similar to this:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/JU-FK9RSmHsD-Tzs4hp-Uaz1YxhakXncuvv4VzRaO2tk8yO79bRGMP9vhfc5KoOQLm3fvDhQQCs4B8UmcH2NnenCE-NzZLRqzlsplOG95oaYWh2cVLEMgmH3WBTfqRiQqLwf3-pFtVJK9SJbN9R4c4o\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You might notice that the middle paragraph, which stemmed from the highlighted sentence, is not super informative. This is interesting because we chose an \u201cinformative\u201d tone from the drop-down menu, but it feels like we\u2019re repeating the same content.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This isn\u2019t a deal breaker because we can always go in and edit the text to include our own expertise. For this blog post, we could include content that speaks to a specific piece of luggage, add an affiliate link, or share what luggage we use when we travel.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-5-use-the-rytr-rephrase-feature\">Step 5: Use the Rytr rephrase feature&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another feature we love is the rephrase feature. When you highlight a sentence and hit&nbsp; \u201cRephrase,\u201d Rytr will generate an entirely new sentence. We gave this a try and liked the new sentence better.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We started with this sentence:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh5.googleusercontent.com\/mM5lL9CRvi2HG6VxpK3WGvhtP3Cu4yxItsM0o8DruMfL1sy-SseuW6VjIGi22UF0eSgeZbdV3oK-EX_NPo4N_WLLr_Oe2c9vPDFFRxLCg8wWKIleEfibdVXciphRKzAOo-MvWEWEM15_kij8jQiBUa0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>And after Rytr rewrote it, we ended up with this sentence.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/2iinCsRguDY47nzJB3AweR-tI1mmuQRJDaxoRLtEiWam_mBPMbm1Ic4wLILcnLJqAE31beei3zZL_iMoonWhi_KVhASltb9JhDG8YFP6hYMABVwEym0TZEw5IaIp5UmFQwJCIbVIuXXa6O24kl4oZhE\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Note: You can also rephrase sentences in the other AI platforms we\u2019ve reviewed. However, you have to prompt the AI to do it. Rytr is unique because you can select a specific sentence and rephrase it directly in the blog outline. <\/em>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-6-use-rytr-ai-images\">Step 6: Use Rytr AI images&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Next, we tested the AI image feature. To do this, highlight a sentence and click \u201cAI Image.\u201d An image will populate directly under the sentence, which can be nice, but if you want to use your own image and not one generated in AI, this might not be a useful feature for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/0jxHUxYNKm2S8vyI0jFEHAg32Uj4xE3rCKmDQKH0yCTmiguSgMmYBafoFuwFxRGJYvg1GQV7Zd4TPKqgTjQnQKP2KLTddkB5YUIjzHr6eU8W1fIANnMwjPXN5BoP_MPee4aLCn2k_6SLDgbGrqBkED0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>If you don\u2019t have your own photos already, this feature is an excellent option to try. You can ask ChatGPT what type of image you should insert, but that platform does not actually give you the image itself.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-7-use-rytr-ai-shortened-paragraph-feature\">Step 7: Use Rytr AI shortened paragraph feature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Using the shortened paragraph feature was difficult as there was a word limit for how many words the platform could shorten at once. We recommend just going in and editing a paragraph to shorten it\u2014unless you want to shorten one sentence at a time using this feature in Rytr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/QcCabCyxVDutDY3wCCfgwyEOdW5ws6qa1WkAoDnr1qaTvFDQiP9xOe6PaLx057ApEGRFsEmaz0xsODexle7ZG2wp7lZREbqssRgODdr6Urly_v0IR9UP0haglmo_XQe8fcUyY-IKGkhm9izjFfOdYZw\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-step-8-format-your-blog-you-wrote-with-rytr-ai\">Step 8: Format your blog you wrote with Rytr AI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Another notable feature in Rytr, which Jasper also had, is that you can play around with the article&#8217;s formatting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/SQP8ja9zOiw5KfnvwN0ofpQxvJtJAkOkQHPVW5m9E9GJ_MCd5oMoVsNxNZu8mFbqwQVcQXeD151earzNhB4hJH30kaUWOtyCnIO4KwLOTvA4gGL5xueI3vU4ij3Xv6D3lxNaB6GlSo_YJ_fazV5A6g0\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When your blog is all where it should be, you can simply copy and paste it wherever you plan to&nbsp; post the blog. This is extremely helpful because you won&#8217;t have to reformat the entire blog before posting.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-final-thoughts-on-writing-a-blog-with-rytr-ai\">Final Thoughts on writing a blog with Rytr AI<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend Rytr for somebody just starting with AI, especially first-time users. Rytr is more basic, intuitive, and user-friendly than Jasper and Anyword.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once you generate a blog, you can start highlighting specific sentences and choose a particular feature or action until you\u2019re happy with it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In ChatGPT or OpenAI, you have to re-prompt the platform for it to rewrite text. For example, users have to ask ChatGPT to write the outline and then ask it to fill in the outline. With the click of one button, Rytr automatically fills in the outline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also like the image option and how you can insert an AI image where you want. Another great feature is that you can open the blog in a separate larger window, and then also reopen it on the previous page and continue editing.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The only part of Rytr we did not love was the limiting tone options in the drop-down menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We slightly preferred this platform over Jasper.
