They can be easily accessed on your website, social media, or a number of other platforms.<\/p>\n<p>When your audience member gives you their email address in exchange for a downloadable freebie, this incentive is called a lead magnet. These lead magnets are often filled with educational information in order to help your audience learn and grow in a topic that relates to your service-based business.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Lead magnets work so well that it can seem like everyone is using them in their list building strategy. Some of these <a data-wpil=\"url\" href=\"https:\/\/help.tryinteract.com\/en\/articles\/1002333-part-4-follow-up-emails\/\">email subscribers may turn into potential leads<\/a> for your coaching or freelancing business!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">While the primary goal of the welcome email sequence isn\u2019t to make sales, you can still mention what you do and how you work with clients. You are running a business, after all.<\/p>\n<p>You can start with three to five emails in your welcome email sequence and adjust over time. Take a peek at your open rates to see if people are dropping off after they get to a certain email. This is a good sign you might want to make tweaks to your email sequence schedule or adjust your subject lines.
