Can You Pass This Job Interview?

I was born in 1994 and am the youngest of three siblings.  I went to SFSU, majored in business, and would eventually like to go back to school.  My hobbies include hiking, reading, and cooking. 

I was a business major with an emphasis in marketing.  I currently work for a marketing agency and handle many of our major accounts.  While I enjoy this work, I'd ideally like to handle marketing for one company instead of working for an agency. 

I've worked for a marketing firm for the past few months, but didn't love my work environment.  I'm looking for the next big opportunity to further my career.

I see myself eventually becoming a more integral part of this company, and if all goes as plans, rising up in the ranks and becoming a supervisor. 

I'm not quite sure what the future holds, but I believe this job could be an important piece of that puzzle.

I honestly haven't given it too much thought; I'm more of a "go with the flow" type of person!

In one month, I streamlined the process, which saved my group 10 man-hours each month and reduced errors on invoices by 25%.

The best is yet to come!

I always hit quota. 

I'm a total slob and struggle getting up in the morning. Hopefully that won't be an issue!

I'm too much of a perfectionist!

I really struggle with public speaking; I used to avoid it, but have since started taking real steps to address the problem, like attending classes on public speaking.

I would want to keep honing my skills in marketing as well as learn more about graphic design.
