Somewhat Happy
You have a mix of good days and bad days each week, sometimes more of one type in a given week. There are a few big issues that are keeping you down, maybe it's your job, your family, or your relationship? Whatever it is, it could be time to figure out a way to make some sort of change. You deserve to be as happy as possible.
Start by looking at the good things in your life. Look for the good everyday, there truly is so much good around us. Then make a list of things in your life that you don't like and don't make you feel good. Next to each item, write what you would rather have. It will take time but hopefully you'll be able to make the changes you need so you can be as happy as possible.
