Energy levelsFor you, it’s early to bed, early to rise. Morning is the best time of the day. You wake up early, often six o’clock or six thirty without an alarm clock, ready to take on the world!Most Thyroid Types are ready for bed by ten or ten-thirty. If you do have a late night, it can take a couple of days to recuperate.

You may use your hands to gesture a lot as you talk.If your energy is unstable, you can become overly sensitive and emotional. Common ailmentsThyroid types are prone to hypoglycemia, diabetes and ailments involving the nervous system, such as headaches or dizziness, as well as digestive issues. Most digestive ailments originate from emotional issues, stress and/or anxiety. You tend to take on too much and use stimulants and sweets to keep going. If you continue this way, it can lead to burnout, depression, colitis, ulcers, intestinal spasms, diarrhea or constipation. Your body is often overly acidic, leaving you prone to osteoporosis and joint pain or skin problems such as eczema. It would be beneficial for you to take breaks, take vacations, breathe, do yoga.
Food cravings
Sweets and stimulants are your downfall. You may crave some of the following:
Coffee
Sugar
Chocolate
Alcohol, particularly wine
Tea
Carbohydrates, bread, pasta, starches
Soda / pop drinks
