You always have an energy reserve, you can say you are tired and then you keep on going. You have a hard time with portion control. Often your liver is congested which causes your body to hold onto fat. You tend to interiorize your stress which will greatly hinder weight loss if not balanced.
Later on your weak points may be the liver, heart and cardiovascular system. High cholesterol and high blood pressure could be issues.
The Gonad body type has to do with the ovaries. Only women are Gonad types. You need the most sleep of any other type. The Gonad Type is known for their warmth, empathy and love. Your maternal instinct is very strong. You love to take care of others and it can be hard for you to take time to take care of yourself. Often pear shaped, the Gonad body type tends to like fatty foods like peanut butter for breakfast. These kinds of foods early in the morning will slow down your metabolism and keep the weight on.
Your body tends to get congested easily and later on you could be prone to varicose veins, cellulite and ailments relating to the reproductive system, PMS, ovarian or breast cysts, fibroids, etc.
