Hello Dolly. You know a good deal when you see one but you're not afraid to make it into an even greater one! You love this product and you will keep your status as a consultant just to maximize all the associated value and benefits.
When choosing a company: Understand what it takes to stay active and decide if the discount is worth it.
If you're a consultant: Be honest with your upline and let her know you're just here for the discount. Ask to be notified of promotions or specials but be upfront that you're probably not going to be the top seller or team builder. When you're ready to move on or increase your business level let her know so she can help get you up to speed.
Put it there, Patty! You are busy with life and this new side gig is exactly that - a side gig. You will work consistently and reliably but on your own schedule and only when you don't see it competing with other priorities. You will work just enough to maintain a consistent monthly income. You might participate in team challenges or incentives . . . or you might not. You might even be saving money for one specific dream (a trip to Disney, a massage, etc) or to pay off a certain bill.
When looking for a company: Ask how much time (realistically) you will be putting in to the business. Are processes streamlined to make it more efficient for you?
Once you're a consultant: Let your upline know you'd like some simple challenges to stay motivated and active and that you will be a consistent and reliable team member. When you are ready to take your business up a notch you will let her know.
Sally! You are fun and you love to have a good time. It's possible you've never felt like you belonged and joining a company will give you an automatic social network. It's possible you're just in it for the beach vacations and amazing parties at conventions. Whether you need to escape from little ones' constant need for attention or need to fill an empty nest, you are always ready for a get together and hanging out.
When Looking for a Company: What social events are provided? What does it take to win that free vacation? What does your team leader do to provide social opportunities?
Once You're a Consultant: If your team doesn't do a lot of social things - offer to organize them. You can hang out online with Zoom calls or Facebook groups or in person at events or trainings. Let your upline know you are here for the party and you want it to be fun!
Oh Ellen, the world is your oyster! You are inherently goal-driven and self-motivated. You see a challenge and crush it. You get excited by dream boards and to do lists. You will work for yourself 12 hours a day so you don't have to work for someone else 8. You see opportunity and you want to get every ounce out of it that you can. Income, leadership, and creativity might all be driving factors for your why - but it all culminates in a dynamic business that you sleep, eat and breathe.
When Looking for a Company: What is the compensation plan? What trainings are offered? Is there room for growth? Choose your upline wisely as you will be craving challenges and training and brainstorming sessions.
Once you're a consultant: Your desire for growth and success can intimidate others at times. Don't let that hold you back. Tell your upline you are ready for more and seek it out on your own. Share what you learn with others. Build and grow without reservation.
