Most of the time you think of what isn't working or didn't work, instead of what actually did work for you. This mindset bleeds into your fitness regime AND your daily interactions, and then discouragement happens. Don't strive for perfection and to have things exactly the way you think it should be. Sometimes we look through a dirty lens that has us focus on the negative. Clean your lens and switch the focus to what worked. It's about how you see it, your perspective.
