Your inner athlete has a strong influence on others due to self-confidence and passion. You are always striving to improve, grow, and develop as an individual and try not to let others bring you down. Although, you tend to be self-critical and harder on yourself, so having a strong support system is important and vital to your every day performance.
Being goal-oriented and disciplined plays to your advantage in the movement atmosphere and allows you to initiate a purposeful, thoughtful, and logical plan of action to meet your needs when staying active. Because of your open-mindedness and approach to increase self-improvement and ability, once you get into a rhythm you're unstoppable.
