DIY'er
Your work time is YOUR time. You learn best when no one is breathing down your neck and you're free to create what you want to create. You like being your own boss and excel at it too. (*High-five!*) This, of course, doesn’t mean that you're a bad collaborator. It just means that you get your best work done independently. You've always been a self-starter, and you take pride in being able to figure out the solutions to problems on your own. (*High-five again!*)
As a DIY productivity type, you tend to work best in a cozy, personal office space that inspires you to keep creating. (Think, motivational posters, whiteboards, sticky notes, etc.) You may have already established a “rhythm," but it's important to check in with yourself from time to time. Evaluate your systems and see if there are any areas where you can be more efficient.
