I eat really good at the beginning of the week and then I lose control by the end of the week. I'm always starting fresh every Monday.

My food looks consistent throughout every week unless I have an event or social outing to go to.

My goal every day is to wake up and eat as little as possible but I always end up eating large amounts of food in a short period of time by the end of the night. I hide it from my friends and family.
