Vata's tend to feel more anxious and have sleep issues when out of balance. They thrive on routines and are typically cold natured when it comes to their body. In general dressing in layers, 5 minutes of quiet time in the morning & evening help keep the mind calm. Routines need to be in every vata's agenda to pacify vata from becoming imbalanced.
