Moderate Risk of Depression
People with a moderate risk of depression may already be doing a good job at maintaining a healthy work/life balance. You may already have some good habits in place, but there are more things out there to help you stay well.
I'm Dr. Andrea Pennington. I'm an Integrative Physician, TEDx speaker, mentor and author. In my work I have seen a lot of people suffering with depression, anxiety and burnout - it's becoming quite prevalent in our increasingly busy world.
So with this in mind, it's good to keep ahead by looking after your mental health with small, regular acts of self care. One habit that I recommend for continued good mental health is a short and simple daily meditation practice.
