Finding a healthy balance between the two will help you feel more happy and connected. Branch out- Where else in your life can you find joy? Growing and developing is amazing but it’s not the end all be all to happiness. If it resonates more, use this as a new challenge for yourself to find other ways that bring your pleasure and fulfillment, you’ll feel better for it. Serve others- How can you apply all the knowledge you have gained to serve others? Is there a way? Our joy increases when we share it with others.
