Some days I like to sleep in, others I wake up and make breakfast and coffee, sometimes I like to just wake up and read

I have a very regimented morning routine that I very strictly do not like to ever skip.

I get up, get ready for the day, check my instagram, and facetime my best friend on the way to work

What is your evening routine consist of

I have a few different options, I either read a book before going to bed, or sometimes I like to take a hot shower and burn some oils

I always do the same three things at night. I eat dinner, read for ten minutes, and then visualize my goals for three minutes

I like to journal about how my day went, maybe post a cool inspirational thing on Instagram, and then I like to look at my vision board right before I fall asleep

I like to watch some Netflix before I go to bed while checking my emails and plan out my next day

How do you usually plan out your week?

I like to keep my options open, you never know what I might manifest!

I have a planner and every Sunday I go over in detail what tasks need to be completed for the upcoming week

I make sure to sync my social schedule up first, and then after that I make sure and get my weekly workouts planned into the equation

I have the same schedule each week with my job, so there isn’t too much planning I typically have to go over, which is really nice

What do you do for fun?

I love to do so a ton of different things! I love yoga, and reading, and meditating, and shopping!

I am usually working in one way or another, but when I do have some spare time I like to read or cook

Go out to a fun night salsa dancing with my best friends of course!

I like to go to the movies and watch the newest box office hit
