  Beneath all of the anxiety, fear, self-doubt, negative talk, and overwhelm lies a perfectly happy, healthy, and thriving YOU. But when lack-of-control is high, we tend to become fearful and stuck, thinking negatively and not knowing how to move forward. Our personal and work lives are intertwining and overlapping more than ever. Are you beginning to recognize the brain-fog, feelings of panic, perfectionism, or endless cycles of thoughts on a pretty consistent basis? My hope is that this quiz helps you become aware of the signs and your tendencies so that you can choose to learn how to develop effective ways to interrupt your patterns. When we become more aware of our emotions and our experiences and responses to fear, we can start to identify what weighs us down and then take measured action to address what’s going on.
