We don’t even have one, we don’t know if we need it or if the time and energy will be worth it?

It looks all over the place, there is no consistency and our team is posting content that doesn’t even align to our brand or appeal to our audience.

Knowing what to say and why, it feels salesy and I just don’t know what my audience needs to see or read in order to buy.

We are building followers, but what do I do with them? I have nowhere to send them and I need to find better ways to show our products/services online.

We don’t know how to sell on social media, there is only so many times we can post our product/service, we need to start making sales from socials.

What is the one aspect of your brand that you struggle with visually?
Ugh photography! We need to invest more time on getting that right and making sure it’s consistent with our products/services.

We just don’t know what to say to sell them, how to be explain our product/service and why they need it?

We have these great products/services and no where to advertise them properly, our social media can only capture so much, we need everything in the one place.

We just aren’t being creative in our approach to selling, we rely on referrals and people finding us, but we don’t do much to find our ideal clients/customers and sell to them.

How do you feel about your logo and colour palette?
The investment! We are cautious to spend money when we don’t know what the outcome will be.

What has it been like since launching your business?
A.
We’ve been lucky, we have accomplished most of what we wanted. In fact it might be time to reflect and grow again!

We’ve been very business focused and set everything up properly, but we haven’t been able to spend time building an audience or even serving them the way we’d like to.

I’ve been so overwhelmed that we’re struggling to get everything functional and systemised.

I realised very quickly that I didn’t understand how important ‘selling’ was, even now we’re missing out on sales every day because we don’t know how to market it.

It’s been great! We’ve had a bunch of ups and downs but it’s been an amazing learning curve. I just wish our online presence was a little more consistent!
