You May Be Suffering From Inflammation
You could be suffering from a slow burning, smoldering fire inside you. What exactly does that mean? It’s what we like to refer to as low-grade, chronic inflammation. Typically, inflammation is a good thing. It helps your body fight off foreign invaders and protect itself, but chronic inflammation contributes to disease and many times weight gain.
Inflammation is the body’s ability to fight against things that might harm it such as infections, injuries and toxins. This is its attempt to heal itself and really should only last a few days to a week. This is actually good inflammation. When this response lingers your body is in a state of chronic inflammation which means your body is in a constant state of alert. That slow burning, smoldering fire leads to chronic health issues including muscle and joint aches and pains, inability to lose weight no matter what you try, food cravings, fluid retention and sometimes even binge eating. I’m here to tell you, you can start to feel symptom-free and you can lose weight!
