You certainly like to be on your phone, but your cell phone use may not be causing any problems in your life... yet. As long as you can still stay on top of your other duties -- like homework, chores, work and other responsibilities -- and you don't feel like you're getting depressed, you may be in a safe zone. If you feel like any of those issues develop, you may want to reduce your usage.
