VALIDATE
You're at the VALIDATE stage of your business, and if you're stuck here it's most likely because you're getting ahead of yourself and trying to be (and perfect) too many things at once.
And before we go any further I should mention that it's completely normal to be ahead of yourself as an entrepreneur - I've done it myself too many times to count.
As entrepreneurs we're naturally in a rush, and we hate hearing that the basics aren't yet covered, so we rush ahead and end up stuck in circles for years because we've never properly built the first few, basic steps.If this is true for you, your only goal at this stage is to stop everything and VALIDATE that you have a valid, profitable business idea. This means 90% or more of your time should be spent talking to potential customers, making sales pitches and delivering solutions to your early customers, all the while learning (and making note of) what's working and what's not.
And do that even if you've been at this for a few years. Even if you think you should already know better. Even if you think it's silly.You should not yet be thinking about big launches, creating passive income, creating mass products (1:1 or small group work is much better at this stage), hiring a team or even trying to create predictable revenue. That all comes later. The only think you should be focused on is understanding your customers and how you can best help them. Your Unstuck Formula is to eliminate all distractions and projects that have anything to do with anything other than talking to people, making sales and creating results for your clients. Do that and you'll be shocked how quickly you're back on track to growth.
