Connect to You
You know you need time and space alone – just for you. This is excellent, you’re committing to spend time and resource on yourself. Good for you! Also, you’ve begun to make yourself a priority to explore new and different things. Are you excited about doing something new or different? Sometimes you need support like childcare or someone to cover dinner. Or maybe someone to pick up the slack of cleaning up or doing an errand or two. Have you gotten the support you need? If so, hooray! If not, ask and then accept it will happen. Give yourself permission to ask for support to pursue something just for you.
Now, recognize your need to be reflective to explore YOU. Time sitting without distraction to contemplate your life and your priorities and desires. You want to mull your skills and ponder your dreams.
You want to remember who you are, to rediscover your gifts and to begin to lean into your life path.
