Life of the Party
Ya ya ya you know exercise and eating healthy are important but what’s the point if you keep looking at the time? You want to hear those speakers booming that it feels like the vibration from the bass is getting you that 6-pack. When you hear the same radio songs that you hear playing on the radio 10 times in your work day it pulls you right out of the scene.(I don’t get this sentence) You would rather be so busy being in the zone that you forget that it was even a workout.

Already do all of these and need to REMIX it?Sometimes you just have to bring the party to you. Host one of your own. Lay out some space, call some friends set up Christmas lights, lava lamps, and LED lights that you have laying around. Make sure you have your post workout drinks ready.
