Make a list of the top 5 people who make you feel supported, loved and respected. Make a list of the top 5 people who make you feel lonely, less-than and deflated. Spend more time with the people in the first list.
Romantic Relationships:
Buy the book How to Find Your Soulmate Without Losing Your Soul.
Soul & Spirit:
