Just like you can't run before you walk, you also can't exercise or supplement your way out of a bad diet. Nor should you skip to advanced diets and healing practices without first addressing the basics of health and wellness.
In Tier 1 of the Functional Nutritional Framework we aim to change the environment in which your symptoms and health problems manifested in.
We do this by stepping back and returning to the basics of health and wellness by removing sugar, gluten, dairy and other inflammatory foods from your diet and addressing your daily lifestyle habits around sleep, exercise, stress management and your community.
Create A Solid Nutritional Infrastructure for Health
For many, working in Tier 1 resolves their health concerns. But then there are others who see some progress and improvement in Tier 1 but their complaints aren’t fully resolved.
This is when we advance to doing deeper work in Tier 2 through assessing and tracking your daily habits and symptoms to look for correlations and possible conslutions so that we can determine the best course of action to create a solid nutritional infrastructure that’s built on the foundation you established in Tier 1.
Dismantling Complicated Dysfunctions
If your health concerns aren’t fully resolved after working in Tiers 1 and 2, then there's likely some complicated dysfunction going on.
In Tier 3, we look to expand the team so that we can do deeper work to dismantle the complicated dysfunctions going on in your health right now.
Maintain Your New Normal
After resolving your health concerns in Tiers 1, 2 and/or 3, its time to maintain your new normal through seasonal eating, body support practices and resetting your self through regular detoxes and cleanses.
