All three are perfect for the mind, body and soul - improving flexibility, posture and releasing and stretching the muscles. If you want to also challenge yourself further now and then upgrade to a Barre Blend class. Barre Blend is a challenging barre class with a strong blend between yoga transitions, stretches and balancing.

You want to tone and increase your overall level of fitness and are open to trialling a range of classes.
Awesome! Let's get you started with some Barre Blend and Barre Burn classes. You will feel the burn all-over your body. We would also recommend a Mat Pilates class and yoga or stretch class for balance.
If you are wanting to add cardio to the mix, Barre FIT is perfect. NOTE: We only recommend Barre F.I.T for intermediate to advanced fitness levels.
Let loose and enjoy challenging, fun workouts (with rocking playlists) in our Barre Burn and Barre Blend classes. These are our traditional barre classes and great for the beginner to advanced. They will burn, tone and strengthen 💪.
Barre Burn is a traditional barre class with a faster pace, increasing the heart rate to create the perfect low-impact and effective toning and strength class.
Barre Blend has a strong blend between yoga transitions, stretches and balancing. Warm up eases you into class with a series of yoga flows (vinyasa). Barre moves are slower and controlled (not to be confused with being easy!) designed to tone and strengthen.
Want more than just barre? Add a Mat Pilates for core strengthening, Exhale Release for stretching and release or Barre F.I.T for additional cardio.
You are wanting classes to challenge you which are high intensity and include cardio. You already have an intermediate to advanced level of fitness and are looking build strength and conditioning through varied and challenging workouts.
We would recommend a mix of Barre Burn classes and Barre F.I.T.
Barre Burn is a traditional barre class with a faster pace, increasing the heart rate to create the perfect low-impact and effective toning and strength class.It's a tough toning workout to get the ballerina body you’ve always wanted.
Barre F.I.T is our high intensity interval training class which will tramnsform your body and incfrease your metabolism. Sure to get you super fit, this circuit style Fitness Interval Training (a.k.a F.I.T or H.I.I.T) class has short, high intensity exercise stations with minimal rests between. (This class style includes jumping - high impact exercises.) Circuit styles rotate through 4 layouts which change fortnightly. You will never get bored with this circuit class.
Add a Yoga or Exhale Release for balance ;)
