Perpetual Preparation
You keep your business & life running through the sheer force of your will, which is pretty damned impressive. Youâre a conductor â directing school, work, dinner, errands, shopping, chores, kids, customers, and a quick shower with one hand and your business with the other. You donât want to keep up this pace, but with such a delicate balance youâre afraid to make any changes. You have big plans and ideas that youâll launch soon.
For some reason though, you can't seem to pull the trigger on a lot of things you know you should be doing. You're scared of what people might think, whether you're being authentic, or if it's a bad idea - and you don't want to fail.
Implementation is tough â and figuring out what keeps us from implementing is even harder. We keep trying to figure out what will motivate us to âdoâ something.
So we try to use the force of our will to "just do it" - and it doesn't work. It's just more frustration.
Here's the thing no one tells you: starting a business has very little in common with sustaining one. And the same things that helped you get going are holding you back now. As it is with all business owners.
At the level you are at in your business, you need a new set of tools and a new perspective - you're no longer starting up, you're an established business owner, and you're looking for some new tools to help you feel like one.
I have some for you - and they're FREE.
