Bless you for coming this far in your life journey and I'm so here for you! I've got your back. Your score tells me that you've marinated in quite a bit of fear in your lifetime thus far BUT that doesn't mean anything about your future. In fact, because you took this test you are more likely to completely change your life for the better. So here are a few strategies to start with.
Strategy 1: Identify the most common fears that hold you back and I challenge you to start examining the evidence for and against your fear-based beliefs. Write it on paper and notice where you can start taking steps to better the situation.Strategy 2: Develop a 'fear plan' that outlines steps to take when you feel fear is dictating your choices. This could include breathing exercises, reaching out to a friend for a pep talk, or visualizing a successful outcome.Strategy 3: Start a practice of daily courage, where you do one thing every day that scares you, no matter how small it may seem (even a smile to a stranger counts). This builds resilience and reduces the power fear has over your decision-making.
