You could benefit from an alternative perspective
We all have good days and bad days. Having a growth mindset is a skill and needs to be consistently practiced.
One key question to ask yourself when you feel like you might be limiting your approach is:
How can I shift my thoughts?
The elements you can look out which are holding you back from achieving what you want:
Limiting Beliefs: Learned beliefs and views you hold to be true
Interpretations: Opinions or judgements about an experience, situation, opinion of person that you believe to be true. They are stories we make up in our minds.
Assumptions: Judgements or expectations we have of a future event based on events that have happened in the past.
Remember, individuals who can see things from alternative perspectives can grow into new opportunities, move on with less effort, stress and have more choices.
You should learn to consistently leverage your self-awareness to scale.
