Ear to the ground - I don’t miss a trick.
C.
I’d say head in the clouds but I see the finer details as well as the bigger picture so relate to being ear to the ground as well.
D.
More ear to the ground than head in the clouds - a bit of both but I tend to work better zoomed in than I do zoomed out.

Are you a good timekeeper?
A.
Definitely not - timekeeping is just not my jam.

Right on - I hate being late.

I’m not the worst in the world, but more likely to be late than early.

Being late’s not cool but I can’t say I don’t slip up sometimes. More often early though.

I suck. Worst person at making decisions ever - it takes me ages if I even make my mind up at all.

6.
How good are you at staying focussed?

I’m easily distracted to be honest - mostly by my phone!

Pretty good - even if I’m a bit bored I can keep on keepin’ on.

I can’t stand tech, to be honest. It totally fries my brain.

It’s not my favourite thing about marketing - but it’s awesome for automating tasks.

B.
I’m okay at organisation, but no fuss pot!
C.
I’m a bit all over the joint - I could do with having someone to organise me…

Do NOT ask me to organise anything. Ever. I’d lose my head if it wasn’t screwed on.

Would you identify as a creative person?
A.
Arty and smarty I suppose. But content creation is very much my thing - writing copy, designing graphics, I live and breathe it all.
B.
Hell yeah! I’ve always been a bit of a performer - singing, dancing, acting... you name it, I’ve probably done it.
C.
Not really, no. I like to find a creative solution to a problem, but when it comes to fonts and colour palettes I haven’t got a clue.
D.
Not one bit. I’m much more smarty than arty - prefer concrete facts and figures, abstract concepts just aren’t for me.

How about a scientific one?
A.
You know it! I was top of the class as a kid, and even now always start with a market research questionnaire.

How good are you with data?
A.
I’m such a dork when it comes to data collection and analysis. Love crunching the numbers to see what’s worked and what hasn’t.
B.
I’m no freak in the spreadsheets, but check insights regularly to see when and where is best to post content.
C.
I’m not a numbers person. Maths and science were my least favourite subjects at school.
D.
I have an okay handle of numbers and figures but am only really bothered about what they say about my innovations and creations.
15.
What does your marketing strategy look like right now?
A.
Ahhh - I am so psyched about it. But it’s more of a content strategy than a fully-fledged marketing strategy if I’m honest.
B.
I know when my audience is most active, and I have a cultural calendar to hand, but anything other than insights I see on Instagram I’m a bit stumped by.
C.
Erm - I just show up on social really as and when something comes to mind. Let’s just keep it real here, I wing it.
D.
I’ve set a ton of key performance indicators and am tracking them, but I don’t really know what to do differently to get a better result.
