I'm charming, which is great- I've got to work with frustrated customers to get to the root of the problem ASAP. I have to be a detective on the job, listening to the issue, and figuring out the solution by ask the right questions. When something goes wrong, I'm the first line of defense, with a keen eye for detail and problem solving.I'm pretty well organized- a multitasker who can work in a fast-paced environment. I'm able to prioritize tasks based on their immediacy, and enjoy a task-based, fast-paced work environment. I fit in in pretty much any industry which is great, because IT is becoming more and more crucial, which means there's plenty of jobs out there right now.
I don't mind when my shift begins or ends, as long as I get to leave work at work. I like it best when I have a supervisor who can give me a list of tasks to complete, and I like meeting my goals.
