Your Personalized Next Steps (Areas to Improve)1. Customer Journey2. Brand Strategy3. Visual Branding
1. Figuring out your customer’s journey is challenging, but it’s also really creative and fun. Establishing your customer’s journey involves understanding what your target does. Do you know where they hang out? What they like? What they don’t like? What their hobbies are? What problems they have and why they want to solve them now?
Once you know all of that in detail, you can present your offering (product or service) to them in a way where they want it, they see it as a solution to their problem, and they only want to work with your brand – not your competitors!
2. Brand strategy is a long-term plan that helps a brand define and achieve its goals by positioning it as an expert in its specific field. When you have a clear brand strategy in place, you won’t have to guess what you should focus on while trying to grow.
You won’t need to think about how to stand out with every piece of content, how to find your ideal clients, or whether you should redesign your website – you will already have a plan, you won’t waste your time, and you will just do what’s stated in your brand strategy plan to achieve results.

3. Visual branding is, as you can assume, everything that visually attracts your client to your business. Everything from your logo, colors, typography, business cards, website, and imagery falls under the realm of visual branding.
A few key visual branding guidelines are: Make sure that your brand has a custom-designed logo that is completely unique to your brand and speaks to your target, always use the same colors including the same hex codes, and maintain consistent fonts and typography.
You will want all elements of your brand to be created with your ideal client in mind. Don’t think about your personal preferences but about what attracts your client! That’s how you will scale your business: ensuring that every color, every social media post, every marketing activity, truly every piece of your brand is designed to attract your ideal client.
Also, check your website and ensure that it includes all the important information about your brand. Is your site easy to navigate, and can visitors understand your offering? Is it mobile friendly?
I hope this helps you build a more memorable brand!
