You need to upgrade your daily routine
You need a good daily routine if you're even 50% serious about making your dreams become a reality.
Whats your current routine? Do you wake up and automatically look at your phone? First, analyse your bad habits. Are you a Netflix series binger? Do you go with the flow and waste time doing nothing? If so you might be sitting too comfortably in your comfort zone.
Mind & body go hand in hand so healthy eating is also important for you to maximise your potential. Can you swap anything you do now for meditation or yoga, a brisk walk or jog?
If you're lacking the motivation to change, a good way to spark it is to write out 'your ideal day' What does it look like from start to finish? Make sure to include your ideal job, even if you don't know exactly what it is, think more about where you'd like to work from, etc.
Compare your perfect day to your normal day now, how does it compare? If it's not where you want it to be, you need to be brutally honest with yourself and start making changes now!
Check your emails for a copy of your results (don't forget to check the junk, just in case!)
