Putting yourself at the bottom of the list.
From your answers, it doesn't seem like you put yourself very high on your list of priorities. Its understandable, we all have busy lives with partners, children, pets, households, finances, and jobs to contend with. But if you don't put your needs first sometimes, and practice self-care, it will affect both your physical and mental well-being.
Remember self-care can be just about anything that makes you feel good. It's about looking after ourselves, drinking enough water, sleeping well, and having some "me" time. You have to start taking some time for you.
