You may be like Mandy - she used her hobby to bring people together online for fun, honest conversation and the chance to explore Jesus.
At first, Mandy didn’t want to share her poetry with others for fear of rejection. But her evangelism coach helped her see that she isn’t alone. A new friend named Daisy came along and offered prayer support to Mandy.
Mandy’s courage began to grow as she realized God was inviting her to build community among isolated people. God drew her attention to the 30 people in her math class and gave her a prayer partner who would help her reach out to her classmates with the gospel. 15-20 people showed up at her first Ignite!
You can use your hobby to share the gospel with the people in your life too.

Destiny and Seth live on opposite sides of the country and both like Korean pop music (Kpop). Their evangelism coach connected them together because they are open to seeing how God can reach people through Kpop.
Destiny and Seth shared ideas with each other for how to connect Kpop to the gospel. They encouraged one another to take risks with their hobby to share the gospel with seekers and skeptics on their campuses. They both started Kpop Ignite groups and regularly invite people to check out Jesus with them!
Their seeker friends say that their Kpop dance practice is the highlight of their week.
