1.
A Fuzzy Koala!
Koalas are largely sedentary and sleep up to 20 hours a day! They don't drink much water, they store leaves in their cheek pouches for later and eat a lot of eucalyptus. Does that sound like you? (just kidding!)
Being your spirit animal, it shows that your motivation for losing weight is nearly non existent. You say you're going to start Monday and when the time comes, you can't bring yourself to start.
You've told yourself for so long now that you want to lose weight that you actually believe you do. However, when it comes to putting this belief into practice, you make excuses and then feel bad when you don't follow through.
Take a minute just to think to yourself "do I really want to lose weight?" The answer is either a yes or a no, in which case you have 2 choices.
1. You stop talking the talk and you start walking the walk! Meaning that instead of just saying you'll start a diet or start exercising, you actually will make a commitment and stick to it. Think about your 'why'. What's your motivation for it? Think about what it would feel like if you achieved your result.
2. You stop saying you want to lose weight and stop making yourself miserable for not following through on what you say you'll do. Instead, learn to love your body and yourself just the way you are because there's actually nothing wrong with it and looking like those models on Instagram is just unrealistic if you're not going to devote your whole life to fitness as they do.
