Wow! You are doing great - but make sure you also take care with stress levels as this will stop you sleeping! You generally don't have any issues falling or staying up. Try to avoid drinking caffeinated drinks in the afternoon, and avoid heavy screen time at night to up your sleep game.

Why not add a little bedtime yoga into your sleep routine?? Sometimes just a gentle 10-15 minute stretch out before bed can really help seal the deal!!
