Marathoners love to write everything in bite-size pieces. They easily see how to break down even huge writing projects and methodically tackle each piece. Many Marathoners approach what they read with a healthy skepticism. They want to see claims backed up by statistics. They enjoy reading about the research methodology. They are drawn to research for their own writing too.
Sprinters love to write everything as quickly as humanly possible. They delight in being able to finish articles in under an hour, creating a month’s worth of social content in a couple hours on a Saturday afternoon, and writing a book in 6 weeks. They are really good at getting into the flow with their writing and just banging it out. Efficiency is the name of the game for Sprinters.
