Clarity Block
You may have a Clarity Block*If you spend a lot of time daydreaming, have a hard time tuning into your needs, over-complicate things in your mind and/or have a hard time making decisions, you might have a block in your ability to get clear on your needs and act decisively to meet your life, career, relationship or financial goals.Getting clear begins with getting tuned into what's going on within your mind and your body, as many with this block are much better scanning their environment than tuning in to the internal landscape. You might benefit from a body scan, a somatic yoga class to study your inner body-mind experience, a meditation that encourages self-inquiry, or learn some yogic philosophy frameworks in community with others in a holistic yoga class.If it feels unsafe as you begin to work with body awareness we strongly recommend finding a trauma-informed, body-informed therapist.
