You are hyperactive and have a hard time sitting in one place for too long and you love movement and exercise, but can easily overwork yourself, becoming fatigued and weak. Like the wind, appetite is irregular- some days you eat a lot and others you go most of the day without eating. You start lots of different projects but sometimes have a hard-time finishing them.   Pitta BodyYou most likely have a medium build, are able to put on muscle easily. Your body contains a great deal of heat that needs to be released, they often lean towards more strenuous exercise to cool down their bodies. You naturally have an athletic physique with a strong appetite to match. You tend to get "hangry" (hungry/ angry) if you don't get your meals in and require lots of protein. You often feel overheated and may sweat profusely in workouts. You have a fast metabolism and can often get away with eating anything! However, you are likely to suffer from hyperacidity, acid reflux and even ulcers if you do not eat the right diet. You must stay away from stimulants, such as spicy foods, coffee and alcohol, which will further fire your Pitta. Instead, reach for more simply prepared foods, like steamed vegetables or grains.Pitta MindYou have a powerful intellect and a strong ability to concentrate. You are a natural born leader and take command in situations. You tend to stick to your word and finish what you've started. You are precise, sharp-witted, direct, and often outspoken. Sometimes you can become impatient in situations where you are out of control. It's important for you to find ways to cool your fiery temper or you just may blow.   Kapha BodyYou tend to be bigger-boned, curvy and tend to put on weight easily. Kapha types have cold hands and feet. However, unlike Vata, they’re skin is often moist and soft. Kapha types tend to overeat.As a Kapha, losing weight may be especially difficult for you. You retain water easily, causing you to become bloated and puffy. You love to sleep and have a hard-time getting up in the morning. You may also experience mucus, such as coughs, phlegm and colds frequently, which is a Kapha side-effect.As a Kapha body type, you do best with lightly cooked foods or raw fruits and vegetables. Any food that is spicy is good for you such as very spicy Mexican or Indian food, especially in winter. Stay away from dairy, fried food, carbohydrates, sugar and meat, which all cause you to gain weight. It's important you exercise vigorously everyday, especially in the morning and remember to a little variety and excitement in your life also helps spice up your life. Kapha MindYou are warm, loyal, kind and nurturing. People come to you whenever they need a shoulder to lean on. You have a great sense of humor and can get along with anyone- however, nothing replaces your lifelong friends. You tend to stick with what and who you know and sometimes limit your own potential. Sometimes it's difficult for you to try new things and get out of your comfort zone. Though you are there for everyone else, you have the tendency to suppress your own emotions. This can lead to emotional or binge eating.
