We all have low and high moments, sad days and happy days. Based on our core thoughts and beliefs, our mind also has an overall tendency to feel low or happy. However, we do not usually know how to measure it. This assessment helps you understand your mind better, how you experience negative situations and the resultant emotions. Note: This is not a clinical assessment. It is only an indicator for you to be aware of your emotions and overall state of mind. There are four parts to the assessment. Make sure that you answer all questions, in all parts, in order to get an accurate score
