Oh heyyyy, you're at the beginning of your Intuitive Eating journey. You can use this phase to explore and get curious about your current patterns with food and dream about what it might be like to do something new.Intuitive Eating will help you improve your relationship with food. You'll develop trust in your body instead of seeing it as an enemy. And, you'll take all that energy you were spending on calculating & tracking your macros, worrying about what's going to happen if you don't eat a perfectly healthy meal, and staking your future happiness in a "dream body"......and reclaim it. You'll start living life on your terms.You'll be more resilient, think more flexibly, and actually enjoy eating again.Intuitive Eating is a process that happens small step by small step. And it takes guts to say, "Those cleanses and 30-day diet challenges don't work." You've got this!Start with these basics and keep an open mind:1. Learn about diet cultureBefore you make any major moves, you've got to understand why dieting is such a huge industry and how impossible-to-meet patriarchal beauty and body ideals are keeping you stuck in the dieting rat race.2. Explore your individuality Oh hey, guess what? You're a unique person with your own dreams, goals, likes, and dislikes. There is no one right way to eat. Start getting curious and asking, "What foods do I like? What makes me feel the most energized? What lights me up? What do I want?"3. Get info from reputable Intuitive Eating sources The diet industry is co-opting Intuitive Eating because they've gotten wind that calling something a "diet" is unfashionable.
