Variety-Lover
Based on your results it looks like you may thrive best on a “variety” or a balanced diet. This style of eating includes plenty of variety as well as relatively balanced ratios of protein, fat, and carbohydrates.I assume that any version of a diet that you eat will consist of mostly whole, unprocessed, and high-quality foods. I also suggest limiting sweets, refined grains, poor quality oils, fried food, and any highly processed and fast foods. Getting variety and a wide range of foods is probably the most valuable practice for you. Meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy, veggies, fruit, nuts, seeds, legumes, and whole grains are all fair game for you. Ideally, you would include some food from all food groups on any given day. “Variety" diets include diets like the Zone diet, Mediterranean diets, and any diet that encourages eating a wide range of foods and a balanced intake of macronutrients. These are just guidelines and offer some food for thought and perhaps a place to start when looking for a new way of eating or tweaking your current diet. Always verify if your diet is working for you by observing your body.If you are motivated to lose weight but have no idea where to start or how to proceed and you have struggled to stay on track for a while, you may benefit from the help of a trained professional. If you would like to dig deeper and find out what is the best approach for YOU, then I invite you to book a free clarity call with me to get you started in the right direction.
