Where do you focus most of your time and energy?Who or what do you blame? What are you not taking responsibility for that you know you need to take responsibility for? In what way are you neglecting yourself?3. What is something you keep telling yourself that you will do when you have more time or resources?What do you say I “can’t" and why?   You're at Stage 2!

  Is living to pay our bills all that there is to life? At this stage, you start asking questions and looking for answers.Why am I here? What’s the point of my existence?It becomes a defining moment in our lives similar to the scene in the movie Matrix when Neo has to choose between the 'blue or red pill'. The 'red pill' and 'blue pill' refer to a choice between revealing a truth, represented by the red pill, and remaining at the same place, represented by the blue pill. The truth may not always pleasant to hear or discover but at the same time, it’s better than living a lie or an illusion. It’s the time when we start uncovering our old patterns, beliefs, narratives and suppressed emotions. We discover that what often motivates our decisions is not necessarily a conscious choice but rather a coping mechanism developed as a result of our wounding or default program adopted from our society, our family or culture. We may notice a certain shift in our relationships when we can’t relate to our old friends in the same way. It can be a confusing stage but at the same time, there is an opening to go within and reconstruct ourselves. It’s an opening for a new beginning akin to rebirth. When we have the opportunity to remove the lens of the past and see the world in a new way, almost as if we are seeing it through fresh eyes.It may seem as if we’re encapsulated in the darkness but in fact, we’re in a cocoon, ready to transform into butterflies and spread our wings. "The Matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now, in this very room. You can see it when you look out your window, or when you turn on your television. You can feel it when you go to work, when you go to church, when you pay your taxes. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth. A prison for your mind." ~ MorpheusHere are some questions for you to contemplate based on the stage where you're at right now:1. What are your triggers? Is there anything that your family/partner/people tell you that makes you defensive/ashamed/offended (What pushes your buttons)? What do you not want others to know about you? What is your armour to protect you and make you feel safe from hurt or exposing your vulnerability?2. Which people do you feel repulsed or turned off by? What is it about them that you don’t like? From a spiritual perspective, no one in your life is there by coincidence - they have a specific purpose and reason for entering your life. Everyone in your life provides an important mirror and reflection to support you on your journey. Learn from their reflections. Observe the way you are reflected in them — in their actions, and in their behaviours. The more you reduce your judgments of them, the more you will be able to accept yourself and the parts of you that you may have rejected and suppressed. By reowning these aspects you become more aligned and through this greater peace enters your life.3. What did you use to love as a child? When do you remember feeling the happiest in your childhood and why? What would you do if you didn’t have to earn an income?   You're discovering and embracing your 'true colours' !At this stage, you start to rediscover who you truly are beyond all the wounds from your past, beyond all the society’s or family’s expectations of you. When you know your ‘true colours’, you can attract into your life people who accept and love you exactly for who you’re.You gravitate towards people who are on the same wavelength and support you on your journey to self empowerment and liberation. As they say, your vibe attracts your tribe.Although you’re getting glimpses of what it feels to fully stand in your power and about your purpose, it’s still a bit vague. It's an emotional rollercoaster of oscillating between having doubts and full trust in the process and new life that is unfolding. At this stage, you're starting to see some results of your inner work. Your approach to life is more proactive rather than reactive. In other words, you take full responsibility for your own well being and your choices in life. You know what you want, rather than let other people decide for you.“Let go of who you think you're supposed to be and embrace who you are” ~ Brene BrownHere are some questions for you to contemplate based on the stage where you're at right now:1.   You're at Stage 4!

  You understand that in order to change ‘the matrix’, you need to go beyond it. You’re plugged into something much greater that can’t be easily put into words. Rather than looking for answers outside of you, you look within. You listen to your intuition and take action accordingly. You take the necessary action but at the same time, you allow for things to unfold and flow to you rather than force the outcome.Life can appear quite magical at this stage as you frequently experience synchronicities. You have a vision and direction. You know where you’re heading and why you chose that path. You’re no longer in the realm of concept but rather practically applying and integrating what you learn. In other words, you have more interest in experience & integration rather than knowledge & analysis.You feel inspired to create and contribute to the world with your unique gifts. This is the stage that I refer to as liberation, yet it doesn’t end here. We constantly change and evolve with new levels of liberation awaiting us.
