To connect more with who you are and accept and appreciate everything that happens to you, practice centering by observing your body, mental and emotional state, without judging. Do this for 5 minutes a day .
Start by noticing your breath and then notice your body, mind, and emotions. Just watch, without getting involved with the sensations. For a greater connection with nature, notice the small manifestations of nature that transmit your well-being, and enjoy them during the present moment.
