As long as you are in balance, you will enjoy healthy challenges, have great energy, a strong & fit body & enjoy time for rest and relaxation.If PITTA dosha is predominate in your true nature, ambition, intelligence, great endurance and focus are common qualities in your mind and/or body. This because you have a predominance of Fire + Water qualities in your constitution. The qualities of Fire and Water include: Hot, Oily, Sharp & Liquid which means that your health imbalances will most often carry these qualities. These may look like heartburn, diarrhea, skin disorders, liver conditions and anger, when you're imbalanced.In Ayurveda healing occurs when we bring in opposite qualities to those that are creating imbalance. So to balance health conditions that are Hot, Oily, Sharp & Liquid, you would want to increase qualities like Cold, Dry, Dull/Smooth & Soft in your diet & lifestyle.While PITTA might be your predominant constitution, you do have the other doshas (VATA & KAPHA) as well; however you have these in lesser amounts.
