I'm somewhat comfortable. I look at sales, gross margin, inventory levels. Nothing too deep, but I have a big picture view of what's happening in my business enough to make decisions.
None really other than asking customers what they want us to carry and buying that. I should be good as long as I keep listening to what they want!

I look at my sales reports to see what's working and keep doing whatever that is!

I have a business plan / roadmap that I use as well as sales reports and customer feedback. The plan helps us stay focused and course correct quickly when things go wrong.
Not as consistently as I'd like. We're still working on our look, feel, and messaging to resonate more with customers. Haven't found that sweet spot yet. We also need to start planning out our content.
