The Analyst
The most analytical of all the personality types, the Analyst likes to be organized and prepared. They have a strong sense of right and wrong, respect authority, and prefer to follow the rules. Loyal and trustworthy, the Analyst has high standards for themselves and others. Home and family are important to the Analyst, and they are nurturing, caring people who enjoy doing things for others. They are detail-oriented and prefer structure and routine. They can have an artistic eye and think of the little details that take things to the next level. The Analyst personality loves having a list of tasks to complete. They like to stay busy, and they tend to be productive at whatever they focus on. While individuals with the Analyst personality type tend to keep their emotions guarded, they are, in fact, deeply emotional people. They can easily swing from happiness to total disappointment if something doesn't go as expected or they feel like they have missed out. One of their most dominant traits is perfectionism. They have a clear idea of the perfect way things should be done, the perfect situation, and the perfect outcome. When the perfect outcome does not eventuate, they can become incredibly disappointed, which can lead to comfort eating and addiction issues to cope with painful emotions. If they feel that they didn't follow their diet correctly, the Analyst can feel like the day's ruined anyway, so they may as well binge and then restrict themselves the next day, leading to disordered eating patterns. The more structured a program is, the more successful it will be for the Analyst personality. When choosing a meal plan, the Analyst personality type should make sure it has a detailed menu that outlines the measurements and ingredients for each meal of the day.It is also imperative to address and update the unhealthy habits and programs developed in the subconscious mind to create lasting weight loss.
