You're only a little toasty!
This may come as a surprise to you, but you're doing better than you think.Often, you're able to recognize when you've been spread too thin and start to course correct. Some days are a little rough, but for the most part, you are able to keep yourself at peace and know how to refuel often. I caution you to stay aware. If you spend too many days running and gunning without refueling, you'll be burnt out in no time. It's a whole lot easier to maintain your peace than to dig yourself out of a dark hole. To help you stay on track try these three tips:1. Remember to practice gratitude. Take a moment to be thankful for each of the blessings you have, as well as the hardships. Remember, we grow through difficult seasons more than we grow in seasons of ease.2. Keep yourself a priority. You have made it clear that self-care is a priority and non-negotiable. No matter what else happens in your life, maintain that truth. You can show up better for the rest of the world when you have taken good care of yourself. 3. Stay grounded!
