I think you have have gotten a little too close to the sun! The pressure of all work and no play, may have gotten you to a point of burnout my friend. Burnout can happen when you're disengaged from your work, getting no sleep, working all the time, and without breaks. It's time to re-evaluate what you are doing, and how you are doing it so that you can get to a more content place. It can be tough to be responsible for so much, and not have the time to manage it all. Additionally, our responsibilies can pile up so much that we find ourselves overwhelmed with no way out. The good news, is having some good resources in your toolkit can help to alleviate your burnout and get more time back into your day. Knowing your options to reduce your stress and relieve your burnout is going to be of key importance. From taking breaks, to using productivity tools, and delegation, you have the opportunity to turn your situation around!“I promise you nothing is as chaotic as it seems. So do yourself a favor, and take a break to clear your mind. 2) Evaluate your situationReflect on your situation. Are you currently in a season of intense pressure due to a project? Have you been working from fumes consistently? Learn about your situation so that you can identify the source of your burnout. Once you figure out everything that is contributing to your situation, find ways to make your job a little easier. 3) Put on your delegate hat to relieve the pressureDo you love sun hats? I do!
