Sleep affects so many aspects of our lives, our mood feelings performance, willpower, hunger, emotional response, and immune response. This is why we must prioritise good quality sleep 🙌Creating a bedtime ritual aids a great night’s sleep.Before bed I like to switch my phone on airplane mode, enjoy a lovely, warm bath filled with My Pamper Me Bathing Oil and Salty Soother and to journal using my Positive Scribes journal to reflect on my day and to process all my thoughts. Think about what bedtime ritual you can welcome into your evening routine 💖 🦋 Tip #2Make positive affirmations a part of your daily routine! A non-negotiable part of my day, every day, is to say positive affirmations. Positive affirmations allow our inner voice to be our personal cheerleader rather than the judgey inner critic. Thoughts create action and action creates a reality, so if you want positive outcomes to be your reality then you need to start the process with positive thoughts.Here are some of my favourite affirmations…✨ I am well✨ I am supported✨ I am loved✨ I am living my best life✨ I support myself ✨ I live in the moment and work for my future✨ I have strong boundaries I would love you to either say one or all of these affirmations over the course of the next week or make up your own.
