You are preoccupied with the completion of the task. This will be a significant driver and motivator for you. You believe that “success breeds success” and that the priority is to achieve. People’s needs can be, or appear to be, secondary.You have a strong belief that you know how things should be done around here. At the extreme one might see “there is only one way to achieve something ....and it’s my way!”. Everything must go through you. You have a strong need to control or feel that you have a less mature group to work with and there is need for strong guidance.You believe that people are intrinsically lazy and hence need driving to fulfil their potential. You expect good or high performance as the norm (“that’s what I pay the person for already”) and punishment is therefore needed to rectify performance shortcomings. You will likely be seen as demanding.For you, the result matters and little else does. Everything can be sacrificed for the end goal. This does not necessarily mean that you are immoral or amoral - you are likely to be very focused.You prefer a more structured style of leadership which is drawn from a text book, models or training.
